Humanist Party of India is run by its volunteer members who constitute the Committees.
Formed at various levels, like :
Village / Neighbourhood level,
Tehsil/Taluk level,
District Level / Constituency Level,
State Level, and,
National Level,
these committee, formed initially through unanimous nomination, are ratified/modified through Internal Elections.
